Privacy Policy

1. Services & Customization

Poppin’ Up Conroe agrees to provide the balloon decor and event services as outlined in the attached Quote/Invoice. Any additions or significant changes requested within 14 days of the event may incur additional fees and are subject to material availability.

2. Payment Terms

  • Retainer/Deposit: A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure the date.
  • Final Balance: The remaining balance is due the day of the event, prior to installation.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Because life happens. 

Cancellation: If the Client cancels more than 14 days before the event, the retainer/deposit is forfeited, but no further balance is due. If cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled event, the full invoice amount remains due.

Rescheduling: If the Client requests a date change, Poppin’ Up Conroe will make every effort to accommodate. If Poppin’ Up Conroe is unavailable on the new date, the request will be treated as a cancellation.

4. Outdoor Installations & Weather

Weather Policy: Balloons and nature do not always get along. Poppin’ Up Conroe cannot guarantee the lifespan of balloon decor used outdoors. Direct sunlight, heat, wind, and rain may cause balloons to pop, deflate, or oxidize (turn matte). No refunds will be issued for weather-related damage once the installation is complete.

5. Equipment & Property

  • Rental Return: All rental items (florals, frames, weights, backdrops) are the property of Poppin’ Up Conroe and must be available for pickup at the agreed upon time. Poppin’ Up Conroe will make every effort to make the return convenient for The Client and ensure the rental is available as long as needed for the duration of the event. However, if Poppin’ Up Conroe is requested to return at/ after midnight the night of the event to tear down an installation, there will be an additional "Strike/Teardown Fee" applied of $75. 
  • Damage/Loss: The Client is responsible for any damage to or loss of Poppin’ Up Conroe’s equipment while on-site. Replacement costs will be billed to the Client. 
  • Popping Policy: Once Poppin’ Up Conroe installers leave, we are not responsible for balloons that pop due to guests, pets, or rough handling.

6. Safety & Liability

Safety Warning: Balloons are a choking hazard. The Client is responsible for supervising children and pets around the decor. Poppin’ Up Conroe is not liable or responsible for any injuries or damage caused by the misuse or popping of balloons or any movement of the rental equipment once the installers have secured the equipment and left the premises.

Heat & Open Flame Policy: To maintain the integrity and appearance of the balloon installation, the Client agrees to keep all open flames, including but not limited to lit candles, sparklers, and heaters, at a minimum distance of three (3) feet from the decor. Exposure to heat and smoke causes the latex to become less vibrant and distort (creating a "marbling" effect where the latex gets streaky or distorted) as well as increases the risk of popping. Poppin’ Up Conroe is not responsible for damage caused by proximity to heat sources and strongly recommends using LED flameless candles.

Photo Release: Poppin’ Up Conroe reserves the right to use photos of work for marketing/social media (unless explicitly stated). While names and personalized decorations may be present on the decor, we will not share photos with a recognizable faces unless “tagged” in personal social media photos. Poppin’ Up Conroe will accept social media “tags” as a notice as being acceptable to share across public social media platforms.
